Caitlin Spearing

Caitlin is the creative force and founder behind OMG Social Media Agency, a bold and community-driven marketing agency based in Ottawa. Known for her storytelling flair and trend-savvy strategies, she’s built OMG into a go-to agency for brands that want to grow authentically and make an impact online.

A lifelong performer who once dreamed of being on Broadway, Caitlin channels that same stage presence and creativity into her digital work. She still keeps her artistic side alive by teaching at Dance Fusion Studios and performing with a professional dance troupe in Ottawa, both of which promote body positivity and the belief that “anyone can dance.”

Inspired by the powerhouse businesswomen she met through Ottawa’s networking community, Caitlin took the leap to start OMG after her early clients lovingly dubbed her “Our Marketing Girl.” From those beginnings, she’s grown into an award-winning marketer, recognized by Invest Ottawa and the Women’s Business Network (WBN) for leadership and innovation in the digital marketing space. She now serves as Co-Chair of the Businesswoman of the Year Awards, where she helps champion and celebrate women in business across the city.
